Theodore F. Claypoole, a partner of Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees, primarily represents businesses, tax-exempt entities, lending institutions, and commercial and residential real estate developers and landlords. Mr. Claypoole is active in his community, presently serving as a member of the Historic Commission for West Brandywine Township and previously serving as Chairman of the Planning Commission for Sadsbury Township and as a member on the Township's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance Committee, Act 209 Study Committee, and Zoning Ordinance Committee. From 2008 through 2009, Mr. Claypoole served as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association LLC Standard Forms Task Force and in that role, contributed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's publication, Pennsylvania LLC Documents (William H. Clark, Jr., Ed., 2d ed. 2010, PBI Press). In 2010 and 2011, Mr. Claypoole was named a Top Lawyer in the Business practice area by Main Line Today Magazine. Additionally, Mr. Claypoole was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star in 2010 and 2011 in Philadelphia Magazine by Super Lawyers©, a Thomson Reuters company, and a "Lawyer on the Fast Track" in 2010 by the Legal Intelligencer.
