Mr. Boreman is a partner at the firm who concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law. His practice includes counseling employers on the implementation of employment policies involving employee drug testing, interview procedures, medical leave under the FMLA, pre-employment screening and employee discipline; the development of employee handbooks; and the preparation of restrictive covenants, severance agreements and executive employment contracts. He also has significant experience in representing clients in litigating a variety of employment and labor-related disputes, including defense of discrimination and wrongful discharge claims; enforcement of restrictive covenants and employment contracts; litigation of wage and hour law disputes; and the protection against dissemination of company trade secrets.
Mr. Boreman is also often called upon by parties and the Court to serve as a mediator or arbitrator of a dispute.
In 2010 and 2011, Mr. Boreman was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star in Philadelphia Magazine by Super Lawyers©, a Thomson Reuters company. Mr. Boreman was also named in 2010 and 2011 as a Top Lawyer for Labor Law by Main Line Today Magazine.
